problemi con vista

Ragazzi rieccomi con i miei problemi,
il mio Toshiba inizia a dare i numeri, ci sono delle certelle sul desktop che continuo a cancellare ma al riavvio successivo ricompaiono, un paio di film messi sulla partizione E non riesco a cancellarli insomma all'avvio mediacenter mi da problemi.........e via dicendo
vi posto lo startuplist di hyjackthis se qualcuno volesse essere cosi gentile .........
