[GUIDA] Installare ANDROID su HTC HD2 (NAND)

Comunque, il mio problema è che MAGLDR e HSPL3.03 non vanno d'accordo.. Come posso sostituire HSPL3.03 con HSPL2.08? Facendo questo non dovrei più avere il problema, il fatto è che anche accedendo in modalità bootloaderm riesco a fare l'aggiornamento della ROM, ma non riesco a sostituire HSPL3.03 con un SPL tra quelli supportati, per cui non risolvo il problema.. come diavolo faccio a cavare via HSPL?

EDIT: ho trovato questo, però devo procurarmi un adattatore SD-->MicroSD per poter fare la procedura..

Having broken my HD2 I needed to remove HSPL from my phone in order to claim on the insurance policy. After 3 hours I finally worked it out and thought I would help others with clear, step by step instructions.

1. Format a microSD card with a FAT-32 file system
2. Download your ORIGINAL rom file (most available on the sticky thread named "[REF] Leo Official ROMS")
3. This is the bit I missed - change the file extension of the downloaded rom file to .zip (You need to show file name extensions in windows explorer. Open My Computer>tools>Folder Options>uncheck "hide extensions for known file types") - sorry if this is obvious but this is for noobs!
4. Unzip the file RUU_signed.nbh and rename it LEOIMG.nbh
5. Copy LEOIMG.nbh to your microSD card and insert it in the phone.
6. Hold the volume down key and power on your phone. As soon as the coloured screen changes to grey, RELEASE volume down.
7. Press power button to reflash your phone.

Spento il telefono togliendo la batteria, avviato in Bootloader Mode
Lanciato HSPL4, installato SPL2.08.0000
Spento il telefono togliendo la batteria, avviato in Bootloader Mode
Lanciato HSPL4, installato HSPL2.08
Spento il telefono togliendo la batteria, avviato in Bootloader Mode
Installata la versione raccomandata di Radio
Spento il telefono togliendo la batteria, avviato in Bootloader Mode
Installato MAGLDR1.12

IT WORKS!

Però non riesco ad installare la Dark MIUI.. non ho capito se perchè ho bisogno del Toolkit, o meno?

Provo con l'ultima release, comunque

come scritto in chat, devi copiarti il file .zip della rom sulla sd, entrare in modalità recovery, fare un bel wipe generale e procedere con l'installazione
